You hire the Hall - We hold events for all

Our hall may be hired by residents of the Parish and those beyond our boundary equally. Whether you want a quiet place for a group meeting, to throw a party, hold a wedding reception, run an exercise class or organise a games afternoon you will find that the hall is a welcoming, convenient and well equipped place to achieve your objectives.

The Hall thrives on being used for a wide variety of activities and events. Why not start a new group and get like minded people along to enjoy our space and facilities. We will offer a free start up period for new planned regular activities and we will help you get started. To find out more contact bookinglangfordparishhall@gmail.com 

The Hall

The hall is entered up a few steps or ramp via the porch. The main hall is about 20 m x 12m at its maximum holding 80 people standing and 60 seated. Off the main hall is a curtained area that is used as a stage for live events, also a store room, bar, kitchen and toilets with baby changing and disabled facility.

Booking Procedure

    1. Ensure you are familiar with the Charges as detailed below
    2. Check the Calendar Here to see if the times you require are available
    3. Read the Hiring, Policy and Compliance documents as detailed below
    4. Complete the "Parish Hall Hire Agreement” with requested information and sign
    5. Send a copy of the completed Hire Agreement either by email to bookinglangfordparishhall@gmail.com or by mail or hand to: The Killick, Wylye Road, Hanging Langford, SP3 4NW
    6. If you have any questions or general queries please send by email to bookinglangfordparishhall@gmail.com
    7. You should normally expect to receive a response within 72 hours
