To lead the team of Trustees to provide a welcoming, attractive venue in which the Parishioners and visitors can congregate for activities, pastimes and events.

William Graham:
To oversee and manage the finances of the charity, prepare and present an annual budget, maintain an accurate and timely set of comprehensive accounts and pay bills.

Martin Grinsted:
To assist the Chairperson and Trustees with advice, administration and formal procedures for the running of the Hall. To take minutes at all meetings and circulate to Trustees ahead of meetings. Advise Chairperson and Trustees on Charity rules and requirements as necessary and retain documents and records of Hall proceedings.

Gill Leake:
To manage and maintain a system that enables occasional and regular users of the Hall to book and schedule their required time, to ensure their awareness of the terms and conditions of hire and that they pay when due. To manage the access to the hall for hirers and monitor the state of the hall after use.

Jeremy Broad:
To manage, repair and maintain the interior of the Hall building and contents as necessary. To ensure that the heating system functions as needed.

To manage and maintain the exterior of the Hall building and surround and ensure the safety of access at all times.

Kate Henderson:
To oversee that the Hall is kept in fit condition and cleanliness for use and that equipment and supplies are maintained to an appropriate level at all times.

Geoff Cluett:
To devise and implement plans and activities that promote the hall as a desirable venue for the community to come together for activities and events. To prepare and circulate advertising materials to optimise audiences for Arts in the Langfords films and events.

Geoff Cluett: 
To manage a sub-committee that plans, selects, promotes and organises events and films in the Hall and at other locations in the Parish.

Geoff Cluett:
To work with the website developer to evolve the structure and design of the website to accommodate new requirements and technical change. To keep the site up to date so that it accurately reflects the facilities, terms and activities of the hall at all times.

Pat Wheeler:
To ensure that all Hall and Trustees activities and policies are in compliance with National, County, Parish and Trustee laws, regulations and rules.

Heather McIntyre and  William Graham:
To find sources of funding and grants to support both the Hall functions and fabric as well as find ways to reduce the Carbon footprint of the Village Hall, minimise energy use and seek sources of funding to do so

Sara Wild:
A Trustee who is usually also on the Parish Council to act as Liaison between the Parish Council and the Parish Hall Committee.

Jonathan Plows:
The Rector of the Benefice attends Trustee meetings to act as Liaison between the Parish Church and the Parish Hall Committee.

Martin Grinsted:
A Trustee who is a member of the LEAF organisation to act as Liaison between LEAF and the Parish hall Committee.
