There is a ramp up to the front door of the hall suitable for wheelchair access. There is a small kerb to be mounted on the pavement and a small sill at the front door.

A collapsible wheelchair is available in the hall to aid access.

The toilets are disabled friendly but do not have full facilities.

The main hall is suitable for accompanied children. There is a baby changing facility in the ladies’ toilet.

There is a wi-fi enabled lock box on the wall outside the hall. The Bookings Secretary will send you a code for a defined time during which you can open the lock box and access the keys. Please replace them once you have opened the two doors.

The hall has a very efficient heating system with programmed control. Please do not reprogram the timer and if you need to turn it off please make sure to turn on before you leave.

Free wi-fi is provided in the hall. The access code is displayed on the router and notice board.

A £!0 charge is applied when the A/V equipmemt is requested. When necessary this will cover the cost of a qualified person assisting with the initial set up.There is a very thorough illustrated guide to using the equipment. If you book to use the A/V equipment you will be provided with a code to access it and the guide.

Please note that the hall is not able to offer a catering service but Hirers are welcome to use the kitchen facilities in accordance with the defined policies.

Wiltshire Council does not collect rubbish from village halls so we do not have bins. Please use the black plastic bags provided and take all your rubbish off site when you leave.

There is on street parking on the east side of Duck Street. Please park facing the hall and well away form the road junction. There is additional parking close by at Langford Lakes for use when we have events

In the event of an emergency please contact the relevant emergency services and inform the Bookings Secretary 01722 792862 (new bookings) or the Chair 07808 093760 as soon afterwards as possible.

In the event of damage to the hall during your hire please inform the Bookings Secretary or the Chair immediately after the event and if possible one of the trustees will meet you at the hall to assess the damage and agree a course of action.
