The 100 Club is a fun way for anyone in the community to support the hall financially and at the same time have a chance of winning cash prizes. Entries cost £15 for a year and are available annually. Every month three numbers are drawn with the first one awarded a prize of £25, the second £15 and the third £10. Tuesday exercise class is held on Tuesday mornings from 9- 10a.m  All abilities are welcome so you can work standing, standing with a chair for support or confidence or seated. We use a popular mix of music to work to from modern dance to classical favourites. We work the whole body paying attention to posture which helps the body move in correct alignment. Our aim is to improve or maintain our stamina, balance,strength and mobility using safe proven methods in a fun way.

Classes are £5.00 .
